What ever level or ability you are, you can pretty much do everything better if you are stronger and free of injury. These sessions will help you make that happen.

Strength training for volleyball players, athletes and all sportsmen and women is a must.

Volleyball contains high impact actions that affect the shoulders, knees, lower back and ankles from repeated jumping and attacking, both in sand and on a hard court.

The Match Fit sessions offer proper strength and conditioning exercises in order to increase your vertical jump, become more agile, develop a faster arm swing and hold a strong passing and defensive posture to get the most from your body for your game.

Just playing the game does not offer sufficient physiological stimulation to improve your game performance. Specific conditioning exercises will go a long way in developing your body strength, agility and speed.

The body can only handle so many jumps and arm swings before injury. With this in mind, we will also be using a variety of exercises to prepare and manage your body and essentially create a protection for your joints to prevent injury and enhance your performance.
