BODY FIT FOR LIFE: EFFECTIVE + EFFICIENT TOTAL BODY TRAINING
These sessions will get you fit using your body fully. A physically active class for those looking to maintain or improve their bodies overall condition, well being and physical capability. Reasonably intense, though you can find your own rhythm and exercise at the pace best that feels best for you.
- Great for you if you are familiar with kettle bells, free weights and body weight exercises (all introduced in our Starting Fit
- Focus is on completing the workouts using good movement, form and technique
- Larger groups - so be sure you have a basic understanding and familiarity with good form and posture - Starting Fit will introduce you to the fundamentals
- A 50 minute session, intense yet at a level where you have control and can still learn a lot
- Push your boundaries and get you better prepared for an all round for physically active/sporting life.
